At Balanced, we pride ourselves on the quality and expertise of our personal trainers. Our sessions are intensive and results focussed, you will love them and hate them at the same time, but always walk out with a smile on your face knowing you are on track to success.
We offer 30 min, 45 min or 1 hour sessions.

Private Small Group Sessions

Grab 2-3 friends and set up a private small group session. Working out can be much more fun and motivating with others, and with the added benefit of personal attention from a trainer, you are sure to reach your goals faster.

Small Group Classes

Our small group classes set us apart at Balanced. Working out in groups has the benefit of personal coaching while working out with others as part of our fitness community. Our classes are challenging, ensure a full body workout and burn a ton of calories.
